We take care to package all items in protective packaging to ensure minimum chance of damage in transit.

We cannot be held accountable if your order is lost in the mail. If you require tracked postage, we can offer the option to track your order which will cover you against any loss or damage. If you wish to add this option to your order please do so by specifying when making your order and we can ensure this is taken care of.
Return Policy
We endeavour to ensure that all our products are of the highest standard from production to manufacture to packaging. We aim to show what you can expect via the images and audio clips in our item description. In any case where an item does not live up to these standards, please get in touch with us first an we will try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

All products must be returned in their original unbroken, sealed packaging for a refund.
